This is just the venting tube that I've run across the ceiling to keep it out of the way


This setup works well for me. It's quite, smell proof "inside soon to be outside too" and can't be noticed from outside the room "due to some cleaver wall hangings.

Can you explain this a bit more?
Are you venting to the outside world or someplace else inside cause why would you have wall hangings to conceal if it reached outside.
Are any smells noticeable. Maybe you live remotely?

Also:
How many plants are you running at one time?
Whats your average yield on this type of set up?
