It definitly changes the high, I am starting to think this works but am going to keep testing. I do notice I am definitly blazed more than usual. I recomend everyone trying this. I tried the oven at 325 f. for 5 min after pre heat. right at about 4 or 5 min. it started to stink like pinapple widow.
