Random good deeds
Sometimes I'll help people with groceries or give the pregnant girls at my school a place to sit. Most of the time people don't accept my help because they see me and think, "Punk ass teenager who's about to rob me." This really actually bothers me. About a week after I moved into my apartment I ask this older woman who lives below me if I could use her phone because I was locked out of my house. I was being polite, like usual, and she goes "No." and slams the door in my face. Well I was sitting there on the steps waiting for my dad to come home and I heard her telling her husband about how I came to the door and she thought I was gonna come in and rob her, like she saw on the news. Now, I have no problem with that. All she did, in her mind, was protect herself, but the husband told her that I was the kid that lived upstairs and she explained how she didn't care, should could tell I was just a punk.

Random good deeds I was just reading nochowderforyou's post about how he saved the cab driver and it made me think about how i do random good deeds some times just to be a good person. like one time i was walking into a grociery store and randomly asked this woman and her child if they needed up loading some sodas intro her car. and i just think its a good thing to do this sometimes...and it also makes u feel better about urself does anyone else do things like this?
