What should I do to avoid a head rush or "Whitey" tonight?

Alright so Im planning on smoking tonight. I smoked around 10 times and Ive gotten a head rush, whitey, orthostatic hypotension (whatever you wanna call it) experience around 2 times. I want to avoid it tonight. I made myself a nice new homemade bong and Im planning on using it. What should I do to avoid a whitey tonight though? Should I smoke only sitting down and not get up fast alot? What posture do you guys smoke in and do you move alot? Because I really dont want to get a head rush tonight...they last for like 1-2 hours...really a pain in the ass. If you have any suggestions as to what i should do to avoid a whitey please tell me. Thanks in advance guys.

BTW: I ate plenty of small meals today and ive been hydrating myself proplery for the past few days to help avoid it.

Just smoke as much as you need to and chill the fuck out the more you worry about it the more likely you'll pale out.

ya just dont smoke to much and just dont worry about it.. just have a good time smoking.. after you smoke put on some of your favorite music.. might not help prevent it.. but listenin to music if fucking awesome

Sounds like you aren't going with the flow. The only way to get over this is by keep smokin until it doesn't even happen anymore, and when it does it's not disturbing. Just ignore it and no matter how you feel try to breath normal and not too fast, you can accidentally get light headed once you're going through confusion of a head rush and shit..it happened to me. Best way to get rid of it is sit on the floor or lay in a bed, close your eyes and just breath as smoothly as you can. Or you can just stay where ever you are when it happens and deal with it. It's only scary when you let it be .

just remember that shit passes in a matter of seconds. realize there's no way you'll be hurt in the process. the trick i used to use when i first started smoking is just tell yourself "this is what i always wanted, im as high as i can get". haha it always worked for me. like orangeman said just go with the flow. you wanted to get high and this is just a part of it. good luck.

Hehe perfect. Anyways Im gonna start token right now..only problem is my window is frozen shut. Is there anyway i could get the smoke outta my room? Its cuz my computer is in my room and i wanna chill to some bob marley or something.
