i dunno how it works in the states, but in australia, teachers have the right to confiscate things (thouigh they do have to return them) also briunging a weede mag to school, mate u bought it on ureself, yes it is just a magazine, its not like she caught you with a lit joint, but she may as well have, to them its the same shite

imagine if youd bought a magazine to school about making pipe bombs, and it had articles in it about how to blow up the science lab, do you think the teachers would let you keep that?
