That's true, BUT, it still doesnt give the teacher the right to steal the mag, and thats exactly what she's done. She demanded it.

All they can do is tell the person to put it away, not take it away from them without giving it back. It cost money and she's stolen it.
Lip things must have been different when you were in school. When i was in cell phones were expensive, (more so then now) and teachers would take em till the end of the year.

just try to complain to the board of education.

School is public, but has needs to have differnet rules to keep the kids....in check? thats the way it was at my place anyway.
When you have to walk to a metal detector and get scanned everyday. You're nolonger just 'going to class'
