Marijuana smoke adds onto the tar you have on your lungs and can increase the risk of bronchitis or what ever your lungs are vulnerable to. Unfortunately for people like me, I obviously don't have lungs that are as strong as most because I obviously have bronchitis. It's not a paranoia thing either, I haven't gone to the doctor for them to tell me but I have all the symptoms and I'm not really in denial so I accept that as being my problem. I will eventually go to the doctor though..honestly.
