can i market marijuana pipes as tobacco pipes anyway? me and myt friend wanna open a shop were we can sell marijuana pipes but its illigal to sell paraphenilia.... so any advice

Well, that's basically what you're buying when you enter a headshop. They market those pipes for 'tobacco use only'. Any mention of weed, bongs, or bowls will most likely get you a warning from the people working there and/or thrown out. That's why you have to talk about tobacco or 'pipes' when you're in a headshop.

yes cuz that's what they are suppose to be selling....REAL tobacco pipes....a pipe is a pipe, can be used to smoke anything (almost)

Oh, like the corncob pipes that old men smoke out of? lol, sorry.. that's really all I know a tobacco pipe to be. I haven't seen too many that are primarily used for smoking tobacco, as I haven't been around people that use 'em.

Like Hippie said, what is in those headshops are for REAL tobacco use. That's the only way to advertise to keep it legal, even if EVERYONE knows that these pipes are going to be used for smoking pot.
