I need some help.

I lwanna start growing cannibus, but i need to get some seeds.

Whats the best place to get seeds, im looking for pretty potent stuff.
But im not too picky really.

Is there a really good bank around? I know some sell "legally" but im sure the bud is terrible. More liek hemp then anything.

Would putting a flase address work, there is an abandoned house half a block away from me. If i had the seeds sent there would they get there? Does anyone know? Any help is appreciated.

I do have the Marijuana Growers hand book : The indoor high yeild guide, and im getting pretty far into it. I'm still undecided on teh strain type i want though. I'm htining indica. Mabe kush because i dont have too too much space, thought i do have some.

So what would you do in my predicament?
