Help me register for college!!

ok so last semester wasnt a good one at all it was my first semester at college and i went a little to crazy.

by crazy means i was a sheilded kid while growing up, my parents didnt let me out of the house much, so when i went to college i got super wild. it was nothing to go out drinking 5 out of the 7 nights in a week. i received 2 underage drinking tickets, ran from the cops more times then i have toes, received a possesion ticket (that i havnt gone to court with yet) and even started a grow in my appartment that i just harvested.

ok so u see it wasnt a very productive year, but what do i care my parents are like uhhh (grunt noise) Mooochoo rich so it didnt cost me a thing. they pay all my bills, my rent, utillities, my food, they even give me 50$ a week spending money (i call it my beer/weed fund). so i kinda feel bad when i just blew a semester off.

so i need sum help! i need like 14 - 16 credits worth of the ezist classes :thumbsup: (that arnt meaningless like underwater basket weaving, or bird watching) for example all my buddies say that Intro to Sociology is a very ez class. i was also thinking of a history class or summin idk HELP ME OUT!!!

Take a Comm. class. The intro levels are way easy.
If you're not a complete retard, basic American history is way easy.
Sociology classes are good, as are intro to philosophy.

Do you not have an advisor that you meet with regularly? They could help you out more than us stoners here on the board.

If I were your parents, I'd stop giving you money and paying for everything. My parents have paid for all my school, but I don't fuck around cause I don't want them paying for something that's going to waste. Yeah, I party.. but it's about priorities right now. Get your shit together... easy classes aren't going to be an option if you choose to continue your college career.

try starting with pornography 101 and rodent handling then you can progress on to the more difficult subjects such as ostrich decorating and under-basket water weaving

haha i know what you mean man, I had kind of the same situation. I wasn't a very sheltered kid though. I mean I smoked a lot when I was in high school but it was mainly on the weekends. We got drunk every weekend, too. When I started going to college though, hurricane katrina hit us so we had this apartment lease for a year. We ended up repairing our house in about a month though so I my older brother and I took over the apartment for the remaining 11 months. That was the first time I'd ever ended up living alone so the freedom was great. I smoked pot everyday before class, then i'd play music all day (i'm a music major)

So everything was great for a month or two, then i just started getting drunk with my friends almost every night after work. Oh, since I had a job and this apartment was already paid for the rest of the year by my parents, I had all this money to spend.

After the first couple months, I just started skipping class all the time and even dropped one or two courses. I don't know how, but i ended up making it out of my first year with a 3.1 gpa which was shocking considering i never ever went to class or studied. I guess since i've been playing music for the past nine years, it helped me out a lot because i already knew what my professors were talking about. I was way ahead of the class I guess. even though I skipped class I was still pretty tight with my teachers. they all loved me, haha.

Now it's a different story though, I'm back at home and I skipped the first semester of college this year hoping I could make enough money to move out again. I ended up getting stuck in a couple shitty part time jobs and never made that much money. I ended up blowing most of what I made on pot and booze. I'm trying to clean up now though. I just got a full time job at starbucks so i've been making a lot of cash and I'm going back to school in january. hopefully everything goes well this time.

I'm some what in the same boat. I need to boost my gpa this next semester so I will be taking a painting class, my comm that I have put off, an 100 level computer class, a 300 level english, and creative writing which I believe is a 200 level.

Kinesiologies are usually gpa boosters too.
