that's because you lied to them, when you get stopped by the police, especially after hearing "have you been smoking any marijuana tonight?" i'm definately not on their side so don't take this post that way, it's just that for some reason cops turn into real dicks when you lie to them... i mean as soon as you realized you had something illegal in your possesion, you shoulda told him flat out, that you're sorry you just forgot you had it on you... still probably woulda been going to jail, but it never hurts to play the honest card and stand a chance at not going. oh well, this is something very minor, nothing really to worry about.
