burning?

How come people get this burning sensation?

I never got it, not with cigs or weed. I cough sometimes, but hardly at all.

ive never gotten burnign of the lungs either. ive got burning of the THROAT, and ive burnt my mouth on a tiny roach before, and ive burnt my fingers on lighters a bunch of times, but thats the end of burning sensations.
