Doesn't appear to be a real purple strain more like it was just left out in the cold. Usually purple strains will have purple calyxs and regular leaves or purple calyxs and purple leaves but the only thing, (that I can see), thats purple are the leaves. Another reason why I think that is because those purple leaves should have been trimmed way down. Which tells me the grower/ dealer knows that its not real purple and left them there so he could get more $$. The menthol might be because it was grown with chemicals and wasn't flushed properly or at all. Looks like some good smoke though, nice crystals, (which is another reason I think it was left out in the cold, plants pack on trichomes to product against adverse enviromental conditions e.g. cold, heat, stress, buds, etc.) Just my .02 cents

nice! doesnt get much better than that. wish i could find purple nugs around here, seems to be the one thing that along with fungus that is rare in my parts. have had purple chron maybe three times, wish i could get my hands on it more around here, sells quick!

No one knows if it really is a purple strain or if it was due to cold conditions. Anyone can make a plant purple by lowering the temps. It is a sign of stress.

So unless you grew the weed yourself, please, shut up because you are taking a shot in the dark.
