Andy(her BF) has a son whom his mother has custody of. He would never give his son weed because it just goes against what he views a parents should do.
He wants me to never smoke, or be high in the house. Or smoke their weed. Which I understand, atleast the their weed, but my mom goes on and on how she doesn't want me to buy. she drills it in my head everyday.

Andy's brother is living with us. He nasty man who is a two faces asshole. He tried to convince them that me, or my friend David, took half a joint out of his ash tray(we didn't). He doesn't shower very often, and steals their weed. He blames it on me when he is alone with them, while being on my side while im around him. He does absolutley nothing in the house(he works a 5 hour shift at mcdonalds washing dishes). When he gets home he sleeps or smokes. He got a fucking allowance from them when he didn't work. And on top of that my mom thinks he is spending a lot of money on crack.

It is causing some strife between my parents. My mom REALLY doesn't want m to buy it myself. And Andy doesnt want me smoking in the house, with their weed, or be high in the house.

What do you think of the situation/what I should do?
i think thats fucked up. my friend has a crackhead uncle who steals his cousins weed, who he lives with, and blames it on my friend. i know for a fact he smokes crack because my homies cousin sells it to him. imo kick that crackheads ass and tell him to go to mcdonalds to wash more dishes.
