I don't air out the house enough after I smoke, I smoke inside, I leave all my stuff in my closet etc etc. I smoke with my bong (which is pretty loud) while she is upstairs, but only when music is on. So today I was with a younger friend of mine, like four years younger (I'm a senior), and we were smoking at my house. I'm talking to him about a friend, I open the front door finishing my sentence: "dude AND he grows!" My mom was outside Rating: 5

Think about it. Every time you toke up in your parents house in states where pot isn't decriminalized you are risking sending your parents to jail for possession.

My point is this:

When a lawyer tells me that getting caught doing something illegal in your house without your mother knowing sends your mom to jail, I will believe it. That is why I am talking to a lawyer about this tomorrow.

I have never heard of a case where a kid gets nailed in his household for having an amount of weed that legally makes it for selling purposes where the parents get nailed too. Doesn't make sense.

If you are smoking at home and a cop drives by and sees your buddies dumping that cashed bowl out the window, you go on probation, not your mother.

If you are growing weed in your closet, and a cop finds out, and nails you for it... dot dot dot.

Doesn't make sense to me. That is why I am contacting a lawyer. If this is the case, the plants will be gone sooner than you can say bonanza.

Hmm... It also depends on where you are. Different areas have different amounts of respect for certain things. (Respect isn't the word I want to use, but you get the idea.) I am talking to a lawyer who specializes in Maine Marijuana laws. Take a look at this thread:

yes laws are strange and apply to your state and even to local jurisdiction... it's wise to find out specifics in your one place...

In Maine it is legal for a minor to have BAC level of around 0.10% if their parent or legal guardian is present...

I guess that's what you get if you live in the boonies.

F.Y.I last yr. here in my city , right here in the u.s,a a 16 yr. old punk w/ 2 b/s plants and cfl's in a closet in a rental house was raided . both the kid and the single mom of two were both charged w/ manufacture of m/j .
