Quick question

I am in college right now n i wana grow just one plant, so i dont have to spend money on bud, just wondering wat set up i would need to make n wat problem i can look fowered to.....i need to know about smell seeing how it only one plant i dont know how "bad" the smell will be

do u have an area in which u can grow this plant? If so how big is it and where is it. What strain are u trying to grow? Are u planning to grow it simply im soil etc... What are u doin after u harvest? (Are u going to grow it again or take clones or is that the end of it)

As much info as u can give us will help to tell u what u need to do

Having said that, if u just wanna know the basic equipment...

Something like...

Lights - flourescents or mh for veg (fl for seedlings and clones) or anything wiv a blue or daylight spectrum, i forget the k value whether it was 3700k or what...
For flower u need anything wiv a red sprectrum (i think that one is 3700k actually)
Seen as u are only growing one plant 2000 - 5000 lumens is how much light u should give it anything up to 10000. (thats what the sun gives out per sq ft or per plant if u like)

Soil
Not too gd wiv soil, hopefully someone else will answer that one lol, perlite to soak up excess water and aireate it is about all i know, mabey worm castings for nutrients.

Nutrients
Again not so gd, it is recomended not to use miracle grow like i did lol but something wiv a high nitrogen value (npk) then for flower something like an npk value of 15 30 15 (a low nitrogen value)

Monitor the temperature and humidity of the grow room (maby some devices to help u do this)
Reflective material to be put on the walls to help the plants get as much light as possibe.
Thats all i can think of atm, ill add to it later...

Look for a 12 or 15 inch old house speaker at a garage sale or thrift shop, or even an old small dresser and you will be able to do a one plant grow to start you off. You could do a tupperware grow, but it may not be as stealth as the speaker, dresser or an old trunk IMO. Find that and the rest will be kind of taylered around that IMO.
