so i was reading the ideal partner thread and i realized that i met him and lost him and thats not ok. He was sexy sweet understanding and liked too smoke as much as me. we always had an awsome time when we were together then all of a sudden bam its over because he can't be held down. How the hell can you make a guy who doesn't want to commit ... commit?

You can't and if you did, that's not really what you want anyway. That's what seperates men from women. Real men retain their identity and don't change, women know this, they complain, but deep down, they love it.

He obviously wants to explore the female kind and get a taste before he decides to settle down. You can't amek him do anything. He'll do it when he is ready, not when you're ready.

you can't make someone commit. you can only make them super jealous so they WANT to commit to you. haha jk. in all honesty though, if he doesn't want to commit, there is really nothing you can do. if somehow you force him into a relationship, it probably won't work anyways because he is obviously not ready for one right now. as samwhore said, just WAIT! not necessarily for him, but wait until the right person comes along.

i have had many guys (ex-bfs or ex-flings), months and years later, come to me and in some way or another, let-on how much they miss me, or what a mistake it was for breaking up, etc. i wish i knew the magical way to be able to get them back much sooner, but i don't know if there is such a thing.
