Put a few mls of cooking oil or butter in a small pot of water and boil your stems in the liquid. The more trichomes visible on the stems, the better. Strain out the stems and use the liquid to make tea or coffee or hot chocolate, your preference. I personally like the hot chocolate. Enjoy!
