Had op to reset broken cheekbone , went home , lit up.
I never stopped smoking before or after any of my numerous ops.
I'm still here and still alive so I guess it can't be that bad.
psychocat Reviewed by psychocat on . weed after surgery? I'm hoping someone will have some advice... My boyfriend had surgery on his foot about 2 1/2 weeks ago after he broke it in several places. It's still bleeding in some areas, and is still healing and he could really use a toke to ease the pain. The docter told him to quit smoking cigarretts becuase it could slow the healing process, does anyone know if that applies to weed as well?
