Fucking nazis, good luck man. Hope they don't go through with it. Unfortunately, I gotta say, theres probably a better chance they will do it than won't.

That's how it was when I worked at a movie theater.. out of 30 employees, inc. managers, I think 4 people didn't smoke. It's quite surprising the number of people who smoke at any given job.

Maybe they'll drug test everyone, see how many people fail, and realize that it was a stupid idea to begin with and nobody loses their job. lol. Good luck!

Are you part of a union? If you are they can not change this unless it is voted upon.I was part of a union and they tried to make the drug testing program more lenient by giving you another chance if you failed for Mary Jane only and the stupid, woodchuck ,alcoholic mofos that I worked with voted it down!!! as it stands if you fail one drug test you can therefore never work for that corporation again.Don't get me wrong either I DO NOT CONDONE DRUGS OF ANY SORT BEING USED AT WORK.I do believe it is my own damn choice to do whatever the fuck I want to do out of work as long as I show up sober in the morning.I WILL NEVER WORK FOR ANOTHER PLACE THAT HAS A DRUG TESTING POLICY

May I ask what your job is? I'm just curious, that's all.

I see this more and more in America. I seriously don't know what's wrong with the people who run that country. It's like Nazi-Germany all over again controlling people like this. I see in the States they even drug test people who work at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart for fucks sakes! What is the need to test someone working there? No offense to people working there, to each their own, but do any of the employess operate heavy machinery, or are up on a ladder, or do any kind of work that would be a danger if you made a mistake? No, not at all. Either a cashier or a floor employess stocking shelves. I see no point in testing someone for a job like that. If anything, a person would have to be stoned to work there.

I just don't see the point of drug testing in a job where it would be a hazard to the road, or public, but I mean people are getting tested for stocking shelves and shit. The country just want to control everybody and know what they are doing. I don't see it being anyone business what a person does in their free time, and if they keep fucking up, or are a hazard to the public, then fire them or talk to them.

I refuse to take a test for anyone. If I do come across a job that I have to tested, I politely decline the work and tell them "I will not subject myself to a drug test." Luckily, I've only had to do that once.

I've been tested for drugs once (retail employee); I wasn't smoking yet then, so I didn't care, and since then I've been lucky. But I won't apply for a job if I know ahead of time they test for drugs. I never show up intoxicated for work, and I think it's none of their damn business what I do in my spare time.
The fools are at the bottom of it all.
