I have a problem with my new scale. HELP WANTED
Here's the problem. It's a Nexxtech digital scale. I press the 'on' button and all I see are hhhhhh. Now, I checked the readers manual and NOTHING mentions hhhhh as a problem.
The instructions say, press the 'on' button and hold on for 1 second to reset scale to zero. I can't even do that because as soon as I turn it on, it goes to hhhhhh and just stays there, so basically all I can do is turn it on and see HHHHH and turn it off. Any clue what can solve this?

Sorry,,,googled it...
Does your scale show 88888, UNSt, HHHHH or LLLLL on the display - and you've tried to recalibrate but all you can get is HHHHH or LLLLL ? Unfortunately this means the internal sensor was damaged due to drop/shock or overload. Please follow the warranty instructions that came with the scale

Take it back! Havent you ever heard of a defective product? It has a warranty for a reason. The sooner you take it back, the more likely they are to believe you that you didnt fuck it up.

shipping? lol take it back to the store.. i never ship anything to a company that fucks up, i take it back to the store and demand a replacement or my cash money back... (unless for some reason i know they won't, somethings they'll only give you store credit for) usually they're more than happy to just replace it...
