    Vape Whip Cleaning Help

well i also have a vape the tube is sooo fucking hard to clean cant boil it or it just turns foggy and stays dirty, your best bet is to findsomething long and just get it out the best you can. For the glass part i run hot water through it, if you think you can get the screen back in def take it out so you dont risk breaking the bottom of the glass. Basically hotwater and a poker to clean is your best bet, atleast thats what i do. Oh and if u can get any without hotwater smoke that shit it gets you as high as hash!

Or you can use Isopropanol Alcohol to clean it. You can find the stuff at most Pharmacies and there is the 70& and 99%, get the 99% for a good clean. 70% will work as well, but it just takes a little longer. Send some of the through whatever you want to clean, then send really hot water to get the alcohol all off. Clean it really well with water after to ensure you don't taste it next time you smoke.

    Good luck.

    Vape Whip Cleaning Help

I've found that getting the screen back in is always the hardest part. I posted this a while back but here it is again

I found a way to do this but it is a pain in the ass. First you'll need the right tools. Basically what you need is two long thin sticks. I had gotten a little metal dental pick "deluxe cleaning tool" with my VB and this worked good. I also used a bamboo skewer, these are used for making kabobs and such and you can get them in the aisle that has cookware in the grocery store. Whatever you use, it needs to be as long as the glass part of the whip and thin enough to go all the way through . And, of course, you'll need a new screen.

First, you need to take the plastic tubing off of the glass part. Run it under hot water for a minute or two, this will help soften the plastic. Next, you need to break the vacuum between the plastic and the glass or you'll never get them apart. Just insert something thin in between the two. I used the end of the cleaning tool but a long thumb tack or small nail would work to. Don't try to pry the tube off with whatever you've inserted, you could tear the tubing. Just gently twist and pull and it should come off.

Once the tube is off you can start to put the screen in. The trick is to go at it from both ends. Push the screen in from the top with one of the tools and then use the other tool to push it back into place from below. Try to keep pressure on both tools at the same time to nudge it into place. It will take a few tries but you should get it eventually. It won't be as good as it was originally but it will work again."

avoid taking the screen out at all costs!!! once you bend the screen even the slightest you start getting bits of duff in your mouth (and lungs) whenever you inhale. it sucks... i wish i never screwed with it!

It gets the worst off for the first foot or so. I scrape with the skewer, remove it, suck vodka into the tube, release the vodka (good vodka works better). Scrape some more. Eventually it's clean. But the real answer is just replace the tubing. It will never look new again. It gets stained and heat damaged.

How do you clean the screen without taking it out? My method for replacing the screen works but, like I mentioned, it is a pain in the ass. Will soaking in alcohol work for the screen too? I hadn't thought of that before but if it's easier than getting the screen back in I'll def give it a try.
