I understand this and i thank you all for your responses..my parents both drank/smoke when they were younger so they know what its like but they are more disappointed with me about the trust thing..and i understand why.. its just that I feel ive fucked up too many times and the cop today was saying shit about how i might have to go to this rehab place for 28 days which would completely destroy me..People are acting like im fucking addicted to drinking and smoking when i just do it on the weekend w my friends cuz thats all there is to fucking do in this town..I get better grades then fucking 95%of my school, half of them who don't smoke..I honestly don't know what to do or think right now but i feel like i just want to go back like a year and change all the times ive fucked up..which is obviously impossible.
Bongman, I used to have the smae view as you which is that as long as i got good grades nothing else mattered and i would use this against my parents and tell them that it doesn't matter..I dont think Im ever going to stop smoking because it really doesn't affect me at all in a negative away (except for this fucking trouble)..I guess i should stop for a year and focus on school but I would lose many of my close friends..

It will all be good soon enough. Just keep the attitude "There isn't shit I can do now so I shouldn't be depressed". It sounds stupid but its true there isn't anything you can do now so just try to be happy. Also talk to your school and try to work out a deal. Show your good grades and extra-curricular activites as a plus.

if they're only friends with you because of things you do or dont do...thats not a real friend....i know it'll still suck losing people you're close with....but c'mon...they shouldn't hate you or w/e cuz you aren't smoking anymore... just my :twocents:

Almost every story ever told about getting busted is when they made a preventable decision. So always think about your actions and what you can do to prevent getting into trouble, but now that your allready in trouble and in your parents house you gotta play it cool for awhile. Lay low, do whatever you can not to get in trouble again. Dont smoke in their house. Definatly never ever take anything to school.Some parents are cool about shit like this and some just arent and it sounds like you got the second of the 2. So you gotta lay their system. Good luck

hey buddy, just so you know your not alone, 2 weeks ago i got busted in school for possesion of marijuana and a conceiled weapon. the only advice i can give you is to act mature about it and take full responsibility becuase thats what adults want. and just do everything you can to get your life back on track.

You got caught. Soo, you did it again. If you didn't like the consequences the first time you should have "learned your lesson" and not have taken any risk where you could get in trouble. I mean, its one thing to smoke and drink, but another to bring it to school or carry it anywhere that could get you in serious trouble. Caught by parents, one thing, by law or other authorities? Totally different.

Remember, each time you are caught, the consequences will get worse and worse.

i gotta say.am reading alot of these stories on this board and u americans really have it bad, in aus these are usually just dismissed as the stupid things young people do

with alcohol no one gives a shit if underage kids are drinking (as long as their not too young) sure cops will press charges to people who sell to kids, but thats bout it, with weed, same again, no one cares if u smoke a bit (though ure folks will be pissed obviously) but to get a fine and do community service just for drinking? thats fuckin insnae

that's because american law enforcement are very literal about the laws, rarely do they use disgression on subjects, they just go by what the law says to do... which most of the time, gets pretty ridiculous.... i went to jail, got my liscense suspended for six months, have to take a 4-week drug program just to get it back, paid over 1,000 in fines, going to have to have high risk insurance along with regular insurance (gonna be about 200, atleast i'm guessing..) for a number of months... all this because i got caught wtih ONE BOWL... and when i say bowl i don't mean glass, i mean those little ass default bowls that come on a metal pipe... yeah america sucks when it comes to laws on weed and other drugs.
