changing from sunlight to grow light
All a normal light would do is create heat, and practically zero light the plant can use to convert into energy for chemical cycles. Floros are very often sufficient for home growing, i've seen some pretty nice crop with just floros, just make sure u keep the lights close, but not too close to create too much heat. Higher watted floros are gonna create some heat so the plant should be like 3 inches away for the higher watts, but some, like shop lights, are cool enuf that the plant can touch it and be okay. I've seen plants grown with only a double shop light(has 2 of the long floros, i THINK you want likea soft white and warm red?): http://www.overgrow.com/edge/showthread.php?t=21575
Home Depot has alot of lighting options.
