alright, so i have a question. i always thought i knew this, but now im questioning whether or not i am correct about this. sooooo...

you always hear people say, start off at 1/4 strength nutrients...well i am using pure blend pro bloom for soil, and on the back it says:

"Seedlings, rooted cuttings, mid-sized plants, herbs, and houseplants- use at 1/4 ounce per gallon.

Fruiting and flowering plants use 1 ounce per gallon"

Now, i am growing lowryders, so they are small. But they are flowering, so which category does that put me at? Should i go by 1/4 ounce of 1 ounce per gallon? and then, would i need to do a 1/4 of that 1/4 if it were the first feeding? because everyone say go 1/4 of what they say to do on the bottle, so does that mean do 1/16 of an ounce?

Does this make sense? im pretty high and i am just not sure i really understand now.
