µ-mol-m-2.s-1 or Clones need light TOO???

So my niffty "old" PAR meter gives me about gives me about 150 µ-mol-m-2.s-1 ....on my bubble cloner can anyone else post their "range" for clones in Micro-einsteins. I'm not getting the results I want...
Plus I'm useing two of those fogger thingys...
