my sister likes that stuff. i havent really heard it but normally she listening to whatever is popular, listening to something for anywhere between 1-4 months, then stops. normally it is total shit.

I hate that shit. I don't even really listen to a large selection of rap. It's basically West Coast rap but my 2 main fav rappers are The Game and 2pac.

I actually have a lot of respect for Tupac and alot of underground artists, as that's mostly what I've been listening to lately. I've been listening to stuff like Aesop Rock, Atmosphere, People Under the Stairs, Jedi Mind Tricks, Immortal Technique, etc. When I'm really stoned though, I just find hyphy music and the people that support it hilarious, I don't have anything against it I just find it hilarious.

I got turned onto the Bay Area artists when I stumbled upon a radio station from iTunes.. it was called 105 Live or something, which is now named Sly Radio or something. The radio personality "Sly" is the funniest guy I've ever heard. And all the music he plays comes from the bay area. It IS relatively different. I'm into it.

Jedi Mind Tricks

Hell yes!! Legacy of Blood is one my favorite hip-hip albums of all time. Amazing hip-hop, and surprisingly from 2002 or 2004 too.

I don't listen to any new hip-hop except Jedi Mind and some Imoortal Technique, other than that, I like the old school stuff.

Cypress Hill like Black Sunday or Temples of Boom :thumbsup: Hip-hop at its finest.

House of Pain, Fine Malt Lyrics from like, '92 I think, is prime shit too.

The Pharcyde, Eazy-E, old Ice Cube (Predator, Lethal Injection) is good shit too.

I like Dr.Dre's The Chronic and Snoops Doggystyle as well, but their new stuff is worse than the whiskey shits. Don't get me started on the Game and 50 cent. Those guys have smoked so much crack their unable to even speak a coherant sentence, not to mention their "rapping" too. Candyshop? LOSER!!
