What is so bad about your girlfriend living with her family? Do you have to move in with eachother right away?
I didn't do that good in high school...and I went on to community college for 2 years...and now I am attending University.
I kind of understand where you are coming from in a sense though, I am moving in with my boyfriend in 2 weeks and I am really worried about money...
I am going to probably have to switch to going to school part time...hopefully not though. I am hoping to go full time and work part time...still not sure how it's going to work out yet.
Seriously though, there is nothing wrong with going to community college...You may be eligible for financial aid too, and if not ..you can always get loans. Also you may be eligible for work study, which is getting paid by working at the school..which usually works around school schedules.
There is all kinds of options out there for you, you just gotta get on it!TallulahGreen Reviewed by TallulahGreen on . "You'll miss high school!" Oh shut up. But damn were they right. I'm a senior, involved in a relationship that - if I don't get my shit straight and get some money for us to live off of after school, she'll be moving with her family when she graduates. Not even smoking anymore. Not enough money and just don't see the point after 6 months of probation for being arrested with half a fucking bowl in a pipe. I still need a job. Rating: 5

HS is really..bullshit. More of preparing you for college where its the real deal if you're trying to be something crazy. My uncle is a doctor making a lot of money and he dropped out of highschool, took his G.E.D (some test giving you a diploma), went to a community college, then after those 2years transfered to a 4year and so on..If you remember..didn't they say the same things about jr high when you were in 6th grade?

I hate high school, I can't wait to get the fuck out.
I'm thinking college is going to be amazing (i know it will), and I'll most likely get a nice job right out of college..i think they said something like 50% of the students that graduate from that business school have a job waiting for them when they graduate, and the rest find jobs soon after. So I should be set..

start dealing, make money, get an appartment for you and your girl, apply for an academy or some sort of extra learning, once youve graduated that get a better job, once youve lived that life for a while maybe you can get a house and some land who knows

College isn't good for everyone; neither is high school.
I didn't enjoy either.
But what I think is important, is decide what you want to do, figure out how you are going to do it, and then do it.
If you don't know WHAT you want to do, then figure that out first. Look up "average salaries" on google to figure out what you might make at each potential job, figure out what it takes to get that job, and then decide where to start. Community college? Technical college? A state college? An apprenticeship?
You'll figure it out, but don't blindly take anyone's advice. Think for yourself and make a goal, then figure out what you can do to reach it, even if it takes you ten years to get there.
Even if you never achieve your goal, you will be working towards something you believe in, and you will find options along the way you never knew existed - and you can take those opportunities when they arise.
I know that is wishy-washy but believe me, I am "successful" but have also been miserable at some points. You need to believe in what you are doing, and not let your circumstances hold you down. You do have options - you just need to think about what they are, and choose one.The fools are at the bottom of it all.
