Alright last wensday me and my buddy smoked some FLAME ass dank ..... i only took about 5 hits and i have a drop in two weeks form that last wensday and my PO watches me so you guys have any ides??? ALSO 3 deluited drops = 1 failed drop i also already have 1 and i do have a gym membership and they have a steam room you think that will help?

Were you clean before you smoked?

Yeah what was your smoking history before the dank flame? Aerobic exercise is what helps, not steam or sweating. If you want to speed things up, do aerobic exercise but stop 3-5 days before the test or else the extra metabolites you are burning up will end up in the specimen cup.
