Do u snatch buds from your plants early??

so ya i am going home tommarow and didnt feel like calling up everyone and having to deal with dealers. so i just cut off a nice 2 gram nugget off my tree and nuked it and now im ripped and happy! also very proud! i feel like a mom, ya no i raised this dam plant to be one beautifull girl and the smoke is great.
a little zezty from the nutes i just feed her tho

lol, i wouldnt nuke it, but i do the same.. just let it dry for a couple days, think a head next time, i have a feeling microwaving it kills potency and mass.

When I used to grow I did it sometimes. It will decrease your harvest but I always planted extra for this.

170 degrees in oven for 10 minutes, then check it, if not dry put it back and check every 5 minutes.

Lol I have just cut a few small low buds(about 2-3 J's when dry). I often do this near the end as i am impatient and whant the whole lot lol. I do think it helps you see how the plant is doing as i can notice the differance a week or 2 can make.

yep i think every1 has done it at some time... i know i have taken samples.. its all good.. i mean you have spent 3months + on growing them .. why not have a little sample.. what i norm do is just b4 i flush i take a few small buds from the bottom on 1.. let dry somewhat and sample.. then i flush and take another few buds and sample.. that way i get to test flushed and unflused.. i have noticed no difference to be honest.. mabe its coz i grow 100%organic.. no chems.. allso the week or so difference from sampling gives me a better idea of which i likebest... i mean my blueberrys are only vegging now and i wanna sample them haha.. i rub the leaves and the smell of blueberry is allready there.. im deff gonna sample my blueberrys just b4 they are ready.. i love blueberry so much i will be lucky to harvest more then a twig haha after my extensive sampling

Use the microwave steam dry method. By far the best quick dry procedure I have yet to come across.

Take a tupperware container w/ lid, line it with wet paper towel (a little wetter than damp but not dripping). Place your nugs on the paper towel. Cover with another wet paper towel. Put the lid on tight except for one corner leave open.

Now nuke on medium for 30-45 second intervals (check inbetween) until the bud is dry enough to smoke.

But won't the damp paper towells be just one more thing to dry out? I don't get it. I also would never put any drying bud near heat; I can wait a couple days for a truer taste test.
