Some help would be much appreciated!
I am from the UK and am about to start my own grow. Im getting a book which i have been advised on from a member from the board...
Im only gonna try and grow about 4 plants to start with, its just a little trial really...
Now my question is, is there anywhere on the internet where i can buy all the lighting i need?
Im looking at 400w HPS light's on E-Bay, will just 1 of those do ? There looking to be about £60-£70 including postage. I dont wanna buy one just to find it was useless (or even worthless!) as im not really sure what im shopping for.....
If possible would anybody be able to stick any links up and advise me where i can buy the light i need over the internet?

I don't know where in the UK you are but I would recomend finding a local light dealer by googling "envirolite suppliers".
They work very well for me .

pps i just thought.. you didnt say how big/small your grow space is going to be... well if you do get a 400hps.. i would have it in no smaller then say a 3x3 space.. coz they do give off quite some heat... so size of light compared to size of room will determine what kind of ventilation you should use.. i.e if you had a 400watt in a small box say2x2 then you will probly have heat problems..give us some details if you may of room size you plan to use and what not.. then we can help you sort out any bumps you may have.. there is nothin worse then starting a project only to fuck up real quick coz you didnt sort out your ps n qs..

The real beauty of Envirolites is in the running costs (much cheaper than any other) the lack of heat and the longer life .
