This is sort of a collective thread of all the music that brings back a memory.

I have a lot but one that plays in my head even when I haven't listened to it in months is 'Intertiatic E.S.P.' by The Mars Volta. This song reminds me of my first really really high DXM trip that was going bad until I was driven around my town with this song blasting, and me tripping balls, which made the trip turn right around and into one of the best days of my life.

It's a stupid ass song and I hate it. But I remember being 11, at this state park going down this waterslide with my little 'boyfriend' at the time.. and hearing "I'll Be There For You" - The Rembrandts. Think: Friends theme song. Why I still remember that, who the fuck knows.
