if you want to eye it out, why dont u just pack out bags that if you baught for 5$ or 10$ you would be satisfied with it.

cause if you would be satisfied with the bag, chances are your customer will be too, but as a rule of thumb...
"regs" "brick" "shwag" (pressed low quality weed w/ seeds) - 2.0 - 3.5 for 20$
"Hydro" or "dro" - 1.5 - 2.0 for 20$
"Exotics" "kind bud" "dank" - 0.8 - 1.2 for $20

Im going to scale it .8g for $10 and probly 1.6-1.8g for $20.... Basically thats all the people around buy... No1 really buys eights and shit. Anyone got any suggestions how to spread the word to people i don't know?

You need to assign prices that reflect what you get the shit for, or what the shit goes for in your area. If you intend to make any money you better be buying that shit in bulk. Otherwise you are fucking yourself and your friends.

All weed is not the same, and thus the prices should reflect quality. There are already more than enough greedy bastards who think they should deal themselves. If you are just a middle man who is nearly at the bottom of the food chain than don't even bother dealing. You will only become a nuisance. When I think of those nickel and dime dealer who can only make money by selling light sacks or shitty product...all I can think of is a maggot trying to sell his regurgitated shit to a caterpillar or some shit. I'm a bit high but it's better than being a maggot.

In Texas, you might expect the following in a dime sack

10 dollars might get about a g of mids
10 dollars might get 4 gs of schwag
10 dollars might get 1/2 g of high quality shit

Were im at people don't buy losts of weed at one time, i know its unusual but usually everyone cops like 2 bags off a dealer a day instead of buying enough for the whole week. And i know my different weed and how to price it. Wene i made the thread i was just looking for how much of a gram goes in a bag. I knew it was around .8 for a 10, i just wasnt positive.

yer get a set of digital scales then buy weed like normal about 10 times weighing up what you recive each time so you know the average of your area then start serving up i do it at 1.5 for a £10 bag 3.2 for an 8th then if they want anythink more just add the bags 2geva ie quater id do 2 8ths

I don't mean to insult you, but if you have been smoking for two years and had to ask this question you shouldn't bother dealing. Get a scale so you can determine how much to put in each bag. We also can't suggest prices, it all depends on what other weed of the same quality is selling for in your area. There is no other way to tell for sure, and I wouldn't buy from anyone who eyeballs my bags. It's ok among friends sometimes but get a scale.

I don't understand how y'all buy. If I told any of my guys I wanted a 25 sack, he would laugh at me. Everything I have ever had has been a g or more. If you can't afford a full gram you go home empty handed. Selling .5 isn't going to even be worth the effort. If you want to sell do it by grams, 1/8, Q, 1/2, Ounces, etc.

You're definately not ready to sell weed. You should master the art of cannabis identification (like mids, regs, schwagg, dank) and atleast have a scale. No offense but if you go out and sell now you're going to get ripped off, or caught.

Oh yeah, and don't sell any weed on credit unless it's to a friend.

I agree with this guy. how have you smoked for two years and dont know weights? How was it sold to you? Were you some sort of a professional mooch who latched on to a pot head? even then i would think you would easily know weights. and a bowl pack? how is that confusing? Take all the bowls you have ever seen and while picturing them all think of the average size of the bowl. Good dealers are a bit quicker than you, and you will be pinched in no time. and your use of slang such as when you said "scale it" makes you sound anoying and dumb at least when i read it in my head and imagined how someone who talkes like this probably looks and acts.
