Can I make an early morning (still sleepy) suggestion? Why not go down to you local health food store and buy some parsley? My HFS has VERY nice digital scales (I lust after them) and you could see what a quarter oz of "dried, leafy material" would look like. Parsley is also very good for you- has vitamin A and a load of minerals- just put some in any meaty dish to boost it's nutritional level a bit.- (A rather sleepy) Granny Storm Crow
