No Shit Shirlock, but the point is that without the water you pretty much would kill yourself, but with the water you wont feel a thing. Oh yah, dont diss other peoples terminology.

the thought . . . . . the horrible horrible thought. . . . passed through my head. . . . . .

sometimes when i get done cleaning my bubbler. . there is the resin collection point that is truly beyond removal via my alcohol and salt cleaning solution.

anyways. sometimes when i leave for the evening i will fill my piece with rubbing alcohol 70%.

what if . . . . .someone came back drunk, having forgotten it was filled with a flammable substance, packed it and toked it. . . . . .

HIGHLY recommend you fill the tube on your bong with snow. pack the snow in there too, youll still be able to pull smoke through it and its so fucking unbelievably smooth and cold
