I heard a noise come from my grow room and one of my light fell on my best plant. The light bent the stem (not to bad, i didn't snap) and one of the leaves got cut off and one badly hert. The plant looks ok but it is drooping. I put a stick up next to the plant to hold it up. Will this kill my plant? can i do anything to help it?

It won't kill the plant. Make a splint for the stem using an appropriate sized stick and twist ties. Don't disturb the plant while it's healing. Congrats, you just supercropped your plant. Enjoy your increased yields.
