Well i guess if you want to look at it that way...but,
Diluted or not, peroxide is still present.

Its only safe to use H2O2 on external tissues... infact i believe it says
on the bottle that if swallowed to contact poison control.

If you read the original post, you'll see people claiming that it burned really bad in their throat, lungs, and face when they inhaled direct vapors from the peroxide solution.

I dont think it will make you a mutant, i just said its definately not healthy.
