I'm pretty sure you have to give them written permission before they can a background check.And getting arrested and actually catching a charge are 2 different things so if your still going to court you obviously haven't been convicted yet and so nothing should show up on your check. so hopefully they already did the check and your good.btw I have a friend who runs a HR.dept.and she told me they just put that on the application to scare people and they don't even check because it cost money and companies don't want to spend it.And spending money is taboo for companies

I'm not fat at all so i should be ok right? I've taken a test before but i knew i would be clean cuz it had been like 10 or 11 weeks since i smoked. Anyways, i'm sure i'll pass t his one but a little reassurance always helps. thanks for any input. Rating: 5
