renting space

I want to start a rubbermaid grow cause im in college and space and money is limited. But i dont wanna do it in my place cause i live in an apartment and the maintence people have to come in all the time cause the toilet overflows often and they have to clear pipes and such. If i wanted to ask my guy for some rental space at his place what should i offer him i was thinkin sumthin like 35-40% of the yield and 100 bucks a month plus extra while im growin ne suggestions

I agree with Dutch Pimp...I wouldn't ever grow in someone else's house...You can't be there all the time to keep an eye on them not to mention...you said 'my guy' which when I say that I mean 'my dealer'...who's to say that people visiting won't find, steal, and consume them (whether they are ready or not, which is heartbreaking after all that work imo)? Or what if your guy accidentally opens his mouth? Well, Good Luck and hope all goes well...didn't mean to be a pessamist..sp?!
