Worth $60 CAD?

i supply a family member whos lives in toronto with buds and shes tells me prices that are INSANE in my books. where i live i get it for good prices, about 4x cheaper then what she gets rid of it for. if you paid 60 for a QUARTER (7 GRAMS) IN TORONTO that is a very good price. if you paid sixty for a HALF-QUARTER(3.5 GRAMS) you got kinda ripped.Toronto price for that shouldnt be more thne 35-45 i am not saying the weed is swag but the budz i bring form K-W blow that out of the water and its 20 a HALF-QUARTER!!imp:
