    Few ?S

Few things I couldn't find on searches...

Does anyone know anything about growing on the side of a hill?
I found a good spot, takes 5 minutes of steep climbing to reach it, (thinking of putting a rope somewhere, kinda dangerous)
but the general slope is about 30 degrees. I worry that when it rains, the mud might get some inertia and fuck up the grow.

    Oh... what else...

I plan on growing White Rhino, I am incredibly attracted to it's famed deep indica high. (which means I'll be harvesting a bit late, less thc, more cbd/n)
And I worry that it won't grow well with a beginner cultivator outdoors in sunny southern california on the side of a mountain lol.

    Your thoughts?

Oh. Two more things that i'm unsure of. I read somewhere on here that someone was using Baking soda and Vinegar as ph uppers and downers. Is this safe/reccommended?
And the other one, is bottled water already at a good ph?
    (less complications less stress)

    Thanks.

edit OH and they say to harvest in early november, due to wr getting a very late second layer of trics, and the previous ones turning amber to give way to the true strength of the high. But what i'm not sure of, is what climate they were referring to? Mine? If I were to plant in june... two weeks to fully sprout... and then maybe 2 months of vegging? I'm really unsure of the timing, I tend to live outside of normal people time (for instance I sleep in until 12 and stay up all night sometimes... still haven't gotten a stupid job..)..

Aw cmon people I was just kidding.

Here i'll even organize the shit for you:

1: Has anyone ever grown on an incline?

2: How hard is white rhino to grow outdoors?

3: Do baking soda and vinegar work well enough to be ok with?

4: Does bottled water have an ok ph already?

5: For anyone who lives in california, when does the veg period begin and the flowering period start?

1: Has anyone ever grown on an incline?

Yes - as long as its well-rooted and doesn't flood you should be fine. I'd worry more about sun exposure and make sure its the right side of the mountain

2: How hard is white rhino to grow outdoors?

    Sorry can't comment

3: Do baking soda and vinegar work well enough to be ok with?

I use Lemon juice instead of vinegar, but yes, they work fine - just need to figure out what your source water is and play around with measurements til ya get it right. ie 1 gallon of my well water + 1/2 tsp Lemon juice = 6.5 PH every time, dont even have to check it but a couple times a year to make sure the well didn't change

4: Does bottled water have an ok ph already?

Depends on the brand - whatever you decide to use , test it and stick with the same water throught the grow for consistiency

5: For anyone who lives in california, when does the veg period begin and the flowering period start?

Depending on where you're at it can start as early as Feb-Mar. Flowering will start after 6/21 sometime, all depends on your exact geographic location. Try looking up your zone and growing tips/times for tomatoes from like the Farmers Almanac, for a start

Many people don't like using Vinegar cause it does not keep the PH steady.. especially in aeroponic and hydro set ups.. But it can be used with great success if ONE tends to the garden regularly.

    cheers

An idea for you... A waterbed liner is an excellent wat to transport your water. Fill it in the back of a truck. You can run the hose where you want it one time up the hill. hook up a pump to your ac in the truck and pump your water and you wont have to travel to the plants as much,

    Peace -J
