    Immigrating to the UK?

Just wondering if anyone around the boards has migrated to the UK from other countries. Is it hard to do? What goes into it, exactly?

If anyone could help me out with some info that'd be awesome.

    Immigrating to the UK?

I like the UK's weather better. :stoned: Plus I have more friends there, sooo.. it's not all about the laws, though I'd be lying if I said that lax cannabis laws aren't also a contributing factor to my wanting to move there.

    Immigrating to the UK?

hey man, there is alot of bad shit in england too... the weather is shit, there are alot of pricks here that start fights and carry knives and all that bullshit for no reason, the police are cunts, the government dont listen, etc...

probably the only good thing is that its closer to amsterdam, and seeds are legal, come here if you want but, there are loads of better places to go...

    Immigrating to the UK?

I pretty much live on the canada border, I know all about shitty weather, trust me. And yeah, I know there are better places as far as culture and scenery (if those were my main concern I'd be moving to New Zealand or something)... no offense.

Mainly I'm considering moving to the UK 'cause I have more friends there than in a lot of other places. Yeah, there are pricks and there's bullshit everywhere, but there are some really cool people in the UK.

I heard if you move to Englad that you have to make a certain income because they don't want hobos there or something? I'm shocked at that, all the English people I've known are pretty relaxed and cool. The USA is kinda like that too, all the 'ghetto' kids think you wanna start shit with them all the time, even if you are just saying hey.

Hey afgooey, where do you live? I'm in WI, not too close to the Canadian border, but still not far.

    Immigrating to the UK?

I live in Vancouver now and during the winter, it rarely gets below 0degC, and hardly snows at all.

The Uk is VERY expensive to live in. Everything cost a fortune down there, so I hope you have the funds to live there.

I live in the uk. I wouldnt immigrate here is someone paid me. Its not that its crap here its just so boreing. Hardly any realy good jobs. Basic pay is £5.35 per hour arround my area & i think that is rediclouse considering in more places around the uk the wages a lot better. If i was to Immigrate anywere it would be to Amsterdam and nowere els.
