A few days of 24 hours on... and then go to 18.6...

will this tell the plant to start flowering? i got the clones yesterday around five, and the lights have been on for 24 hours, i need to get my timer and such... if i turn the lights off tomorrow night for 6 hours and then 18 on...etc... is that ok or should that be done right away?

    any help is appreciated.

Nope. The plant needs 12 hours continuous DARKNESS to trigger flowering. 12 hours on, 12 hours off, and good luck.
