when someone posts that they have a hermie they should not use it for pollen as they often do not no if it was a true female to begin with and have no idea if it was stress induced or not so the seed from using the pollen could be female, hermie or male.
while there is different methods of creating feminized seed and have read about using light cycle to stress the plant or using acid to get a true female plant to produce male flowers, if its a very stable plant wouldnt expect the light cycle method to work as some plants do not hermie very easily and varying the light cycle may not cause any male flowers to be produced.
here is a couple of links below that you may want to read if you are going to try to produce feminzed seed but even the seed breeders cannot always produce feminized seed without passing on some hermie traits, probably due to how stable the strain was to begin with. and you can go to dutch passions website and read about there feminized seed and how some of them does produce hermies late in flowering which is why alot of experienced growers will not use feminized seed as they want stable plants to produce seedless crops.
havent tried using any of the methods below as I dont really have no use for feminized seeds culling a few males just dont really seem that difficult and once you get a few plants that you really like you have an endless supply of clones and you can keep mother plants for years.
