you don't go by the high wattage on the package you go by the low 1. example: 150watt=about 42watts. the high wattage number means nothing it is just for comparison to incandescents.

use the 150hps along with the cfls. i had a 150hps + 164 watts of cfls in a scrog cab. and i yeilded 5-5 1/2 oz regularly.
