I have a problem...here is the story

The most beautiful girl I have ever known is in my economics class. I have spoken with her twice throughout the semester. The first time I talked to her, last Wednesday, I neglected to introduce myself or even get her name...I just asked her a couple of stupid questions. The next opportunity I got to talk to her was today, she left class early and was waiting for a bus alone. I saw that she was studying some note cards for geology, a class that I have as well. I used the Geology thing to break the ice, we talked about that and our majors for a bit. I managed to introduce myself and get her name as well. Before I could ask for her number the bus that she had been waiting for came. I wished her luck with her Geology Test and then she was gone.

With her first name and major I was able to find her in the school directory and find a few more things out about her. (sounds kinda stalkerish, I know) She is a year younger than I am and I don't think that we have any friends in common.

The Problem: This Wednesday is the final exam for economics and will likely be the last time that I can legitimately bump into her and ask for her number or something. If I do talk to her, it will be the third consecutive class that I have randomly approached her. If I do not talk to her, I will likely never have another chance amongst 45,000 other students, we are different majors and will probably not have any classes together.

Is it too late, do I have any other options?

I would go for it. You regret more the things you haven't done than the thing you have done. A mantra of mine with things like this is a saying I came up with a while back for personal relations... The worst that will happen is that another person in the world will think you are an arse! Not that I think I am :rasta: a arse but it puts things in perspective.

Time to be a man. Dress nice, make sure your breath is fresh and teeth are white and you don't smell like bud. Don't get nervous, she is nothing more than a hot chick. She is a person just like you. Just say hey, make some small talk. Be witty, clever, and funny (if you can, not everybody can make people laugh). Remember, if you can make yourself stand out from the rest, she will remember you and you have a greater chance to pump her poon.

DO NOT use a pick-up line, try keep the conversation flowing (awkward silences are a killer, but don't talk too fast), and DO NOT make it seem like she is the center of your universe. Don't kiss her ass, it's ok to not have a few things in common. Just smile and be cheerful and proud, chicks dig guys with confidence. A little goofy-ness is ok, it shows that you have a sense of humor.

After its said and done, simply smile and ask if she has a screen name of a cell phone number. The rest is up to fate.
