messed up lighting, please help

Ok I have been pretty good on lighting but i did mess up a little. I came home and forgot to turn the lights off and didn't turn them off till 4 hours latter. I think i started the 18/6 late in plant life. They are 3 weeks old and i started two weeks ago. Will any of this hert my plants?

you mean 12/12 yeh? uhh... (thinking...) i did that before too and as far as i can remember they were fine when i got back, and obv. didnt re-vegg..

no i mean they are only three weeks old and i did have them on 24 hours for the first two week but then changed them to 18/6, is this ok?

this is perfectly ok
you use 24 hour lighting for maximum results
and you use 18/6 lighting to imitate the natural cycle and it help's with the electric bill lol
you are ok tho m8 dont worry too much about ya plants trust me they are pretty much indistructible lol
i have done some mad things to my plants thinking that they are gonna die ,and they have pulled thru nicely
i like to keep a few experimental project plants just to see what they really can take lol
