true, you can go sit at the courthouse and be stoned as hell but if you have no pot and no parifinali what so ever you can be detained for 24 hours thats it

So even if you're stoned off your ass and the cop knows it, all he can do is detain you if he finds no weed. Anyone know if this is true or a bunch of BS? :confused: Rating: 5
