if that's how it came across then i'm sorry, i didn't intend for it to come out that way.... and yeah you're right about one thing, sexually explicit lyrics and rap just seem to go hand in hand... i read the whole thing, i just assumed he was targeting rap...

dont you guys think it kind of all boils down to the government and how they have affected parenting? i mean, the government has made everything so expensive and gotten us into so much debt, and in turn, the parents are working harder than ever to try to provide the basics, and cant actually parent anymore..tv's and internet watch the kids today....it is....sad
ok..i promise to get out of this post for a bit now....lol

How about this, make a section of serios radio that can only be purchased by an adult or adolesent such as a card that you slide through, or an input code. This would make it so the younger children couldn't listen to it and would give parents some control they need.
Another thing, my bus driver in my old town played sexually explicit music on the radio WITH 1ST GRADERS. It wasn't just her, nearly every bus I have road on in three different towns has done this. 1ST GRADERS. our kids are not even safe ON THE BUSES. from music such as this.

No princess stay long as you want lol its all good.
And plant, the first half of your most recent post and how you turn around and say you come in piece is what I mean.
Politics? don't you mean that big joke that the government has? The lines between political parties and left wing and right wing have become so obsurred I consider myself a democratic republican. And a liberal conservative.

still wouldn't work, face it there's no way possible to keep 'negative lyrics' from kids, they can download the shit themselves onto their computer, they can get friends to do it, ipods and mp3 players opens doors as well.. and the whole card thing wouldn't work, they'd either just get an older friend to get it for them or convince their parents to do so... sure it might make less of the kids able to get their hands on it, but you can bet there would still be massive ammounts that could get their hands on it one way or another...

"So the FCC won't let me be
Or let me be me so let me see
They tried to shut me down on MTV
But it feels so empty without me!"
A few lines from an Eminem song felt appropriate. =)
