Can I get MMJ????

Well I was diagnosed with Rhematoid Arthritis at the age of 18 months. It runs through out my entire body, I have been on more different kinds of medications that I care to remember. I know the benfiets of smoking weed for arthiritis, I do live in Washington State. I have pain and discomfort every day and night at night I can no go to sleep sometimes because of the pain. Smoking does help me sleep and I have noticed a big difference in my pain through out the day. In your guys opinion am I acceptle for the Washington State MMJ program.
